Exactly Brad & had we not took our foot off their throats after getting that big lead, I'm not exaggerating when I say this brother, we could've put 70pts + on The Dawgs..
I don't think it's as simple as that. We executed in the 1st half, UGA didn't. They adjusted in the 2nd half, but we really didn't adjust to their adjustments. I don't think we got conservative, not nearly as much as the narrative would suggest anyway.

GOOD... Bama Offense in the First half.
BAD...... Bama sleep walked most of the second half.
UGLY.... Bama let Georgia score.
I don't believe Ga. would have scored if we played harder.
We need to play BLOOD THIRSTY for 60 minutes.

Message to our Coaches... NEVER CALL OFF THE DOGS.

I agree with ya to a point, Coach Deboer's offense had The Pup's confused, but, to their credit they made adjustments & once we got that big lead human nature took over when I thought our offense went into cruise control.

Cause we got aggressive again on on offense when they took the lead from us & history was made when the legend of Ryan Williams took root Saturday night on offense..

Our defense too. Felt like we went from bringing extra rushers at times with a lot of success to only simulating pressure which was not as successful. idk I need to watch the whole game again at some point.

It's tough to distribute the ball when Milroe touched the ball 50 times, 34 passes and 16 rushes. I think as the season goes on it will even out.
34 passes is about right in a modern offense. 16 rushes by the QB when the RBs combined for only 11 isn't a great balance. 2-3 were scrambles on called passes. A few called QB runs in there as well, but we need to get better at distribution on the RPO and also on called RB runs

The Good- Milroe was a beast, Ryan Williams is special, the OL pass blocking was phenomenal, and special teams were specifically. Play calling in the first half was fantastic. Opposing fans can shut up about DeBoer. Turnovers

The Bad- 2nd half play calling and clock management need work!

The Ugly- pass defense in 2nd half. Penalties.

Great team win. Milroe for Heisman will skyrocket
I don't think bleeding the clock is in this team's DNA. I think anything other than super aggressive and gunning for points gets us out of our comfort zone. That may cost us a game somewhere down the line, but it also means we may post some pretty ugly scores on some really good teams. Could have hung 50 on the Dawgs.
