The National Championship "DONE" hats.... I'm unclear

Will someone explain what may be obvious to many others the significance of this hat or what the black "D" means in "DONE" or whatever....

I took it to mean "one and done" as in win just one and you've won the NC...Saban did say he was trying to make it a one game season.

Do note there isn't a special meaning just for Alabama. LSU would have worn the hats had they won.

This was my interpretation. And for those concerned about the flat bill on the hat, it's not that bad. I had to flatten my son's because he saw a curve in it. LOL. Ah, to be 8 years old again...

DONE for FINISHED
