If I had the resources I'd hire a couple of kids and a couple of PI's

have the kids drive around and note every address with a Trump flag, sign or sticker then have the PI's figure out enough of the homeowners details to challenge their vote exactly 31 days prior to the election. All at once, thousands of them all in Fulton county
You're a good Democrat.

At this point in history, it shouldn't grant citizenship to children of illegal aliens.
I don't disagree. But the Constitution is the Constitution. You'd have to amend it.

As has been mentioned in multiple threads on lots of different topics, it takes only 13 states to block an amendment. On this point, there'd be no problem getting 13 blue states to do that.

Might as well yell at clouds. We have what we have and need to move on from the idea, attractive though it may be.

fixed that for you
A patriot is someone loyal to the Constitution of the United States. If you have ever been in the military, elected to alot of public offices, or become a naturalized citizens, you swear and oath to defend the constitution. If you've said the pledge of allegiance, you pledged obedience to the Republic of the United States. Calling yourself one doesn't make it so. In fact if you fail to defend , or work to subvert the constitution you are guilty of treason. What you described in one of you post is against the law.

working within the system as designed by the right for this very purpose. My goal is o simply help mitigate what they are doing. Patriot because I want to keep a guy out of office who went back on his own oath to defend the constitution in so many ways there are multiple posts on this board describing them that have gone on to have dozens of times with a 500 post limit. It is literally insane to me that anyone could claim to both support the Constitution and Donald Trump, these things are mutually exclusive

Before you start throwing terms around, you need to put in some time actually reading the constitution. ONLY the constitution defines "treason." You don't. Here is the definition:

Article III, Section 3, Clause 1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The 14th Amendment added the following language:
“No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.”
Note that the amendment never uses the word "treason" at all, nor does it specify a punishment other than banishment from office. The reason is that the constitution specifies that Congress shall define the punishment for "treason." The amendment takes that away from Congress. None of the Jan 6 rioters has been charged with "treason." The SCOTUS has made meeting the definition even harder by deciding there must be an active war in existence, declared by Congress. For example, you could not be charged for aiding North Korea, because there's no declared war with them. You're not alone. Many think they know it when they see it. Even a casual reading of the Constitution clarifies it...

Alright, I'm wrong on the treason part. He would still be breaking the law if he did that. If they are legal voters, he suggested a plot to deprive people of the right to vote.

What he described is well within the state law of Georgia. Not certain about Texas.

Well this is pretty much a liberal board and I'm out of place. Think I'll go start a Trump-r-us board. You guys have fun . :)

I’m not a liberal. It’s just that I think Trump is something I can’t say on here. If the Trump cult ever loses control of the GOP I’ll be cheering on the elephants on Election Day like I do on Saturdays in the fall.
