There seems to be a lot of respect between the players of Bama & LSU

Here's what will happen if LSU loses. We've been here 16 years so I've come to learn their pattern. They get beat and their flags start coming down, they return to normal citizens who you'd never guess were football fans of any sort. They don't want to talk about the game, football or anything of the like. I've seen it happen over and over and over.
That's when you unleash all your Bama powers. Like I said above come get me and I'll spray paint all their yards Crimson:smile:

I didn't see the show. Are there any moments in particular someone could post about?

And that is what's so crazy about the entire situation. These stupid parents don't realize how "difficult" my wife could make their child's school year go. But they are very fortunate it is my wife teaching them and not me...
Mr buzz, why'd I get an F on my paper? I put a lot of time an effort into it and just don't understand your grading. :biggrin2:

This isn't just the LSU fans, Alabama has its fair share of lunatic fans too. And by the way, this is not something that has just started, it has been going on for many years; the Internet has just made it easier to be a lunatic fan.
Yep, and I didn't like them way back then, either.

You don't think they will be bragging about their AP title and saying they were 1-1 against us? I see them being very upset about this one and being loud about it.

I've always been respectful to other teams fans.......well most,........ okay some. ;) ....but my wife's aunt married a LA man (we think she was switched at birth) and most of her children turned out to be LSU fans. After the game, I got up the next morning to find my vehicle plastered with magnetic LSU signs. I have been plotting my revenge ever since.

I have come up with some very good schemes, but I'll probably limit myself to sowing "GOT 14" with rye grass in their yards..........:biggrin2:

I'm open for suggestions though!

This wasn't just a "display" for 20 million viewers last night. There have been pictures and videos posted all week from Orlando by the players themselves and ESPN. I watched a facebook live chat with TR and at the the end of it, Mathieu came in and they joked around and chatted for a minute and I could tell there was legitimate camaraderie going on. The videos and pictures from the Disney Parks showed kids who were just acquaintances, but friends having a good time. Shepard, HB7 and Mo Claiborne have posted several comments on Twitter that show they have great respect for Bama and are glad to have a rematch.

Those of us who have never played football or any other sport forget that there is a unique "brotherhood" between those who do play. Many of them have known each other for years, after attending camps, recruiting, etc. They form genuine friendships. These things make me realize how childish and petty we, the FANS, can get when it comes to sports. It is something that will never change, but probably should. Personally, I am making the effort not to be obnoxiously uncaring or disrespectful to my Barn brethren and show the TRUE CLASS that a Bama fan should have. Maybe one day, they could learn from the positive reinforcement! haha, I know--that is asking a LOT.

Anyway, I think these kids are sincere and it makes me happy to see them respecting one another and supporting each other. RTR, y'all!

Here's what I said on this topic earlier this week:

Not really sure about their fans, but I know that there were several of their players that did genuinely want to play Bama again. For as much trash as they talk, they do have a lot of respect for Bama's players on & off the field. Many of them are good friends from recruiting trips, camps, etc. So you know...
