The "Information Age" has gone too far. If I was Nutt, and thank the good lord I'm not, I'd be cracking me some heads. Nevertheless, this photo is always appropo....

That's what I see as part of the issue in having this whole thing put out, the booster put attention to that in the letters he sent to the board and athletic department. He sees this woman as getting in the way of Nutt's job. Good grief 19 minutes before kick-off still just kills me.
:biga2:
Yeah, if they win that game maybe it isnt SO big, but the way the entire Arkansas team and coaching staff besically mailed that game in like the barn the year before makes it look very very bad, IMHO.

Now this is funny!

I was reading this stuff and the term "train wreck" was going through my mind.

If he was having an affair and setting up his meetings on state/school provided phone then he lacks common sense and has zero discretion. I guess it is something about public officials from Arkansas wanting to get their freak on with public resources (that is if this stuff is true).

With 20/20 hingsight, it certainly looks that way; but, I would venture to guess that most people would not think twice about some personal use of an employer provided cell phone, car, credit card (remember Price?), etc. Nutt probably thought no one would discover his usage, either not knowing about the FOIA rules or thinking that no one would be crazy enough to request his cell phone bills under FOIA. To me that was his big mistake, he underestimated how much Arky fans hate him and how crazy some of them are. Plus, look at it from a practical stand point, how was he going to explain a separate cell phone to his wife? Can't really say "Honey I need a non-school provided cell phone to call my mistress because some nut might get hold of my cell phone bills through FOIA and look up all of the numbers I call and text message" can he?

Separate cell phone and have the bill sent to you at the office or to a POB. Or a better idea; he could have been a man of his word and lived up to what he said in front of God and everybody when he married his wife.

The thought police are alive and coming for us. I know this situation involves an employer owned phone, but one of these days, and I'm afraid soon, our personal phones and online activities will be accessible to the thought police.

Todays SJW's are out in full force, some say they are being paid to act out, I don't know, but they are just waiting for someone in any position of authority to say or do the "wrong" thing. If a person dares to say or write something that could be construed offensive to an individual or group, I can promise you the thought police will be ready to pounce.

Not sure how accurate these reports are, but I have read people in Europe have been fined for speaking out or posting negative comments about immigration. The same can happen here very quickly, and sadly, we may not be able to stop it.
