Hey y'all there is enough wrong with Obama and the path we are heading. Let's not resort to being hurtful and ugly about it. His race is irrelevant.....he is intentionally heading us down a path by a group of people you may never have heard of. It's calculated, it's planned, it's anti God, and when it's fully implemented, will be the worst thing ever seen on the planet.

Israel will attack Iran. We will not support them, and then we will pay the price for being cowards.

But slamming each other personally won't help. Neither will gloating about shallow and hollow victories

This is the second time a black man has been elected as President.
If you voted against or for Obama because of his skin color, it sickens me that your vote counts as much as mine. Racism will never die in this country because idiots on both sides of the racial barrier won't let it die.

Well the last time he was elected, I had to take a 30% paycut one year later. Two years later I was laid off. I barely have any work to do as it is right now. I weep for our future and cannot believe that after over 2 billion dollars in campaign money, nothing at all changed? Same senate, same house, same prez, the status quo. What happened to all the angry people? Did freaking Hurricane Sandy really have that much of an impact on this election? Did people just forget about Libya? Do people really believe things are better? Are they even paying attention? I have no idea what will happen in the next 4 years, but things don’t look good. How much more will the debt rise? Frankly the republicans need to change some things pronto. The need to reach out to the Hispanic community and try and get their votes or they will not see the White House for 20 years.

After reading the paper and looking at the demographics in the voting blocks, Republicans have some major soul searching to do in the next two-four years.

To be fair, since he took office, my pay has increased by 80%, with better benefits and a better environment.

I'll be honest. I would have rather lost the LSU game than the election. Ok, I've said it. I'm out for a while. Peace!
Displaced, that thought must be in the ether, as I had it about the same time, this morning. Going down the wrong road ain't progress. I fear for the nation, in which my children and grandchildren must live. Nevertheless, God is in control.

Interesting because about a decade ago, I was told I'd need to learn Spanish, and a few decades before that, everyone was told they'd need to learn Russian.

I'm fluent in 2 languages, 1. English & 2. Gump, and that's all I'll need to know to get by.

To quote Lt. AK Waters (Bruce Willis) in Tears of the Sun (with a twist) - "God already left America."

Before any results had come in last night, my dad and I were having a discussion along those lines. And exit polls confirm it. The short of it: white males voted slightly for Romney while white females voted slightly for Obama and all minorities voted very heavily for Obama. And with the percentage of minorities increasing, the GOP will either have to change or it will become increasingly irrevelent.
