Are you talking adolescence or teen years?
Anything Motown and the Beatles, with some Elvis during adolescence.
Teen years were...Lord, I listened to so much from so many artists it was hard to say, but the ones I wore out were The Allman Brothers Band (1st), Harvest (Neil Young), Sweet Baby James, American Beauty, Street-Corner Talking, LZ through IV, Who's Next...there were many, many others, and if I had a week I think I could remember most of them.

To RT & Allie's lists, I'd add Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon & Wish You Were Here, plus ZZ Top's Tres Hombres. Went through multiple copies of these on vinyl & 8-track--for youngsters, that's pre-cd technology, which is of course, pre-web/ipod/iphone technology. ;)

Come to think of it, all of these still show up on the ol' ipod rotation still today, many decades after I became old. (Almost said "after I grew up" but it's an open question whether that's actually happened yet...:biggrin2:)

What about the Redd Foxx party albums? Those were awesome, too.

Teen years for me were mid to late 80's, so....

ROCK:
Metallica, Poison (yes, I look shamed), ZZ Top, AC/DC, Dire straights, Heart

HIP/HOP:
Beastie Boys, RUN DMC, Kool Moe Dee, Fat Boys, Sir Mix-a-lot

POP:
Genesis, Steve Winwood, New Edition

COMEDY:
My mom's Richard Pryor tapes form the late 70's (without her knowing). I listened to those so much, I can still recite most of his stand-up from memory 20+ years later.

I wanna rock right now
I'm Rob Base and I came to get down
I'm not internationally known
but I'm known to rock the microphone

because I get stupid
I mean outrageous
stay away from me
if ya contagious

casue' I'm a winner
no, not a loser
to be an MC
is what I choose

ladies love me
girls adore me
I mean, even the ones who never saw me

like,
the way that I rhyme at a show
the reason why man?
I don't know

so let's go cuz....
