What does suspended for about a week really mean?

Can you still practice?

Can you still be a part of the conditioning program?

If you've got nothing to do with your time, that time can be wasted and you can end up in even more. My mom used to say an idle mind is the devil's workshop. So, hopefully, Coach Saban has him doing something constructive: physically and mentally.

We need him back for VT and ATM.

I don't have any inside knowledge but I doubt he is simply back at the apartment playing video games. I suspect there are plenty of "physical activities" he is involved in during his suspension period.

I really have no definite idea here, but I be willing to bet a few bucks that he was either late for practice or a team meeting. That'll normally get you about a week suspension for a first offense.

Coach Saban said he had things to accomplish in order to get back in the good graces of the team. I doubt very seriously those goals include leisure time.

I too have a feeling this will a good thang for Trey, sometimes an "Attention Grabber" like this, is a wake up call that lights a fire in a player..I have a sneaky feeling that's going to be the case with Trey..
