Tua really needs to retire. He's going to be a walking vegetable if he doesn't quit. I'm worried I'm going to read about his untimely death or advanced Alzheimer's one day.

It may seem to be worth it now. But, long term, it isn't. I didn't play football, but I abused the heck out my body in other ways. I currently rehabbing a complete right knee replacement.

Peyton has always been a very prickly person to get along with. He and Brees didn't always have the best of relationships, but when it came to game time and gameplanning, they worked very well together. Peyton seems like the person that any working relationship you have with him is going to have times of rough patches. He's from the Bill Parcell's coaching tree. That should tell you a lot. LOL!

My daughter and son in law were in school with him at the barn. They would tell you that your perception is quite accurate. Nice guy when the spot light is shining and a douche off the field.
Conversely my SIL had several classes with Derrick Brown and Marlon Davidson. Said both were a couple of the most “down to earth” guys you would ever meet.

BRob signed with the Failcons. One year deal. Atlanta seems to be going after quite a few former Alabama players.

Speaking of Brob in the NFL….next month will be three drafts without a Bama rb being selected or making the league. Would guess that hasn’t happened since pre Saban.
