Question: Tulane/East Carolina Predictions/Thoughts??

What does everyone think will be the outcome of the Tulane vs East Carolina on Sat?? I personally would love to see a close game and it would be nice if Tulane could pull of an upset..

I believe Capt. Jack Sparrow and the Pirates will easily cover the spread on this one.

East Carolina has been tearing it up but when we played Tulane their D was tough and aggressive enough to give us a problem. If they can play like that again, EC is in for a fight.

The only reason that I favor EC is because Tulane's O could not finish against us so I don't think they will put enough points on the board to win the game.

I applaud Tulane for the effort they showed against us but what I feel in my gut is they soldout against Bama and I don't think they will have the same kind of game against ECU.

Tulane against Bama = Bama against Clemson
Tulane against ECU = Bama against Tulane

Does that make sense?

east carolina is a very good team. a veteran team. they have experienced great success already in this season. tulane i think will play a good game, but, they just dont have a running game. their defense will probably hold up against ecu reasonably, but, ecu is a skip holtz team, and they want blood all the time. lets see if, they can handle a weaker team on their schedule.

No disrespect intended but the fact that there is any interest whatsoever in the Tulane vs East Carolina game is proof that parity has worked and college football has been watered down. I cannot imagine trying to watch that game in person or on TV.

Tulane will beat them.
Their performance against us gives them great confidence plus they're going against a team
that can't possibly be fired up, as well as a team that's not used to being in the favorites role on the road.
We beat Clemson and let down. East Carolina beat two top ten teams back to back.
They're not going to let down?? Yes they will, and they don't have half our talent.
The Greenwave will roll here. And East Carolina will go home saying.."We just didn't have the intensity"...

I hope so. I know Bama didn't play up to their potential but I would like to know that Tulane had something to say about that.
