They played a good game, and for a few seconds there at the end, I thought that VT was going to come up and slap that NC talk right out of their mouths.

Those kids had a great year. Auburn had an exemplory season and I feel they should be congratulated.

So, to recap, leave aside the bcs, the coaches poll, the AP poll, etc. Auburn's #1 because TT said so. "And now, the winner of the initial--and probably only--fanspoll.com championship trophy, the undefeated & uncrowned Auburn Tigers!" (as Lee County goes wild...)

All of that said, congrats to Auburn. Now shut up so I can hear the real commentators during the real national championship game.

I have an Aubie friend that I email with a good bit. A few weeks back I asked him if they were going to change their ticket hotline phone number from 334-xxx-1957 to 334-xxx-2004? He actually thought that was funny and thinks that 1957 being part of the phone number is ridiculous.
