I guess none of their voters use Fan Duel or they might have noticed he is co-favorite for the Heisman. However, six ACC quarterbacks made the list of 25.

Do I get put on mouse arrest for suggesting the Unitas Award Committee is apparently staffed by clowns?

I'd suggest that they just came up with a list based on preseason hype and haven't watched a single game. Here's the watch list:

The Golden Arm Award Top 25 quarterbacks for 2025 are:
  • Joey Aguilar, Tennessee
  • Drew Allar, Penn State*
  • Luke Altmyer, Illinois
  • Rocco Becht, Iowa State
  • Carson Beck, Miami
  • Thomas Castellanos, Florida State*
  • Taylen Green, Arkansas*
  • Josh Hoover, TCU
  • Haynes King, Georgia Tech
  • Sam Leavitt, Arizona State
  • Brendon Lewis, Memphis
  • Arch Manning, Texas*
  • John Mateer, Oklahoma
  • Fernando Mendoza, Indiana
  • Darian Mensah, Duke
  • Behren Morton, Texas Tech
  • Chandler Morris, Virginia
  • Miller Moss, Louisville
  • Garrett Nussmeier, LSU*
  • Diego Pavia, Vanderbilt
  • Marcel Reed, Texas A&M
  • Sawyer Robertson, Baylor
  • LaNorris Sellers, South Carolina*
  • Brendan Sorsby, Cincinnati
  • Gunner Stockton, Georgia*
The seven starred QBs are ones that based on their performance thus far have no business being on the list. Don't really know about the others.

Good. It was not FSU-bad, but they have played better on other occasions.
I realize they have just come off getting revenge on Vandy and are facing the Vols next week, but the Mizzou effort was substandard
(Mizzou might have had something to do with that.)
To be fair, Mizzou is a legit team. Bama didn’t play well, but it was an impressive effort considering the foe, imo.
