They really love to "celebrate" that last national championship, thirty years ago. I remember their QB Belue (an Atlanta radio DJ) was making a big deal of having an anniversary to celebrate it...kinda sad isn't it?

BTW the unis are horrid and insure a loss against Boise State. How many games will it be before they shelf them?

I don't care how ugly they are (and they're pretty ugly). I just hope they beat the brakes off of Boise to end their season early on so we don't have to hear the shrills at ESPN all season about "how deserving" they are. They don't deserve jack squat.

The Ga. 'Combat Uniform' reminds me of the 'Red Raiders' uniform. (Too red)
I've always liked the Alabama and Ga. 'Home' uniforms. They look great.
I love the Alabama 'Away' uniform too... The classic white looks great.
I'm just not a big fan of the 'Combat Uniforms'.

I guess I'm one of the few who thinks it isn't bad. I don't particularly like the helmets, but the rest of the uniform isn't bad. Plus, I hear the material is lighter and doesn't absorb sweat as much. I would think the players would like to wear it for comfort if nothing else. Not saying I'm in love with them, but i'd give it a B-.

I have absolutely no opinion on these uniforms whatsoever.

That's how utterly underwhelming they are.

The same could be said for the Georgia football program as a whole.

I'm really starting to hate this whole Nike Pro-Combat mess. Every single jersey I've seen them do looks horrible. I especially hate ours but you don't mess with perfection. I hate that shield they put on the collar it's like oh we're medieval warriors we're going to war throwback retro yeah. Not happening. And the Houndstooth, while subtle, is coming down diagonally, completely clashing with the symmetry of the uniform.

They're being kind - the 25th wedding anniversary is 'silver', though it's been 30 years since UGA won it all...
