Who knew?

Joy Richards had something she needed to confess.

Sitting in her pastor’s office at Grace Lutheran Church in Upland, Calif., in early 2006, Richards, who had been diagnosed with terminal cancer, wanted to make things right with God. And to her, that meant being honest about a secret she’d been keeping from those closest to her out of fear they might reject her, as others had, including her own family.

But as she sat there with the pastor and her closest friend, Richards didn’t seem to know where to begin. Finally, with tears in her eyes, she just blurted it out. “I’m in love with Ted Kaczynski,” she said.
:eek2:

Sad story for the lady, who was obviously missing something upstairs as well.

Still, I guess looks are in the eye of the beholder. Some may think Ted was quite a catch.

Some people just want someone to keep them warm at night. Others lower their expectations even further.

True. But Ted wasn't allowed any contact with his love interest. One of the more eye-opening things I read there was when the woman told people, including Ted's own family that there was no proof that he killed anyone. Even his own brother who had turned him in, was shocked at such a claim.

didn't Ted Bundy get letters from hundreds of Women and even get married while on Death Row? I seem to recall that he did

There are some crazies out there and they attract other crazies

Funny Unabomber story. My brother was on a flight to cali for work...when all the Unabomber's trial stuff had been all in the news. He said they had been in the air for a while and he had to use the restroom. As he was walking down the isle...he made eye contact with a "person" and gave him one of those "Alabama howdy nods", that us folk from Alabama do. :) He said he noticed as soon as he got past the guys seat, another guy got up and followed him closely to the bathroom. The whole time, my bro kept thinking "man, that guy looked familiar". He opened the door to come out of restroom and met the blue suited guy face to face and was again followed very closely back to his seat. Fast forward to landing and departure...my bro noticed when the guy he nodded to stood up, he was cuffed and shackled! It was then that he remembered where he had seen the guys face before...he had given an Alabama nod to none other than the unabomber!

That sounds like something off a Seinfeld episode.

Some women (and probably men too) are just drawn to people like that. Manson probably gets more fan mail than Bieber, and teenage girls were swooning over the Boston Marathon bomber.
