florida state over miami - the ACC is a mess and nothing would surprise me

houston over texas tech - the big 12 is an even bigger mess

iowa state over cincinnati - I have no idea why unranked cincy is favored over a ranked iowa state team

wake forrest over virginia tech - again don't understand why a terrible hokies team is favored

Not calling for the upset but Ohio state might find themselves in a closer game than expected

I'll take a stab at Purdue over Illinois. Purdue is coming off the bye week, Illinois just had a big win over USC and with Ohio State up next this is a potential trap game for them. Purdue has also beaten Illinois 15 of the last 20 times.
