Urgent need !

I have been diagnosed with esophageal cancer and desperately need your prayers. I am awaiting an appointment with a surgeon in B'ham next week. ALL I can do now is trust in God.

Dennis-Please know you are in my prayers as well as your family. I can only imagine what you are going through at this time, but from what you said I know your faith will be a great source of strength and solace at this time.
I only recently lost 3 family members within a span of less than 5 months and it is these type things that make us put things into their proper perspective.
If there is anything at all that I can do for you or your family with your trips to B'ham since I am in Trussville, I would be more than glad to.
Since so few read the prayer board, I would encourage you to post this on the football board.
My prayers are with you and yours right now.

Dennis: I understand because I have seen the same responses, but after all we are family. I believe you would get a nice response if you do . I would be happy to do it for you -- after all you are one of our own and your need is urgent. In fact I did myself post there one time when I needed prayer for a family member as I knew that few look here. You need prayer and you need it now. Let me know and I will be glad to do it. I started to post for you but was reluctant to do so without your ok.

You don't have to post on the football board to get prayer. I check it everyday and i will send one up right now and put you on my list. I hate to hear this brother! You be strong and keep your faith and i will send prayer for you every time i pray. I'm sure you will get more from here than just me, but it is slower than other boards. I'm no saint but i will keep praying for you my friend and please let us know how things go!
