My Dad (a huge Bama fan) lives in Morristown TN and just hates UT. He would rather us beat UT than AU. He called me this evening and gave me his usual big Roll Tide. We talked about the game and then he said that he went to the local Wal-Mart and could not find one person wearing an orange shirt, and actually saw 4 people wearing Bama shirts. He gave all of them a Roll Tide and said that it was such an awesome feeling seeing other Bama fans after that butt kicking we handed them. I have been in a few Wal-Mart's on a Saturday and as many people that are in them I cannot believe they would not support their team through thick and thin. But then again, it is UT.

To all that have to live in Tenn. Roll Tide and have fun rubbing it in the rest of the year!

My brother lives in Jefferson City and is a huge Bama fan, too.

I'll be coming up that way (Pigeon Forge) next week for vacation. Clad in crimson, of course! :)

I couldn't help myself and went to the WalMart here in Silver Springs and the village idiot that is usuaslly out there selling veggies at his stand wearing his puke orange ut hat wasn't to be found.... It was closed on a sat afternoon.

he can run, but he can't hide...

During the years when we had the long streaks, I always had to endure ut fans the week before the game. And after we would win, they avoided me like the plague. I find this behavior normal behavior for them. I look down on them for it. I am a Bama fan every day.

Do not ever worry about going on vacation in Tenn. Most all the fans have hidden their ugly garb in their Out Houses. No one will look there.

Congratulations to Alabama. You probably did Tennessee a favor. That may be the game that could finally signal a coaching change for the Vols. They may offer Saban $6 million a year to come to UT.

I hail from Tennessee and have dealt with them for years. Most of my family, in fact, cheers for UT very fervently, and many of them went to med school or undergrad (or both) there. I'm the only Alabama fan in the entire family, for that matter, and of course most of my HS friends went there.

And on top of all that, I went to Knoxville on my fall break to hang out with said friends during the UT-UGA weekend. ALL I heard was how badly they were going to beat Bama now after blowing out the Bulldogs. Oh, lord, what I wouldn't give to be in either Tuscaloosa or Knoxville's respective strips tonight...
