When the whole truth comes out we will find that Phil ate him. At least the poor beast covered in Orange is out of his misery.

I think Smokey is a great mascot in college football. I may get banned for this but I also like Rocky Top except when we are playing them. I have no hate for the Vol players. That is reserved for Fulmer and some of their fans. In fact when we were beating Tennessee year in and year out for a decade I hardly ever thought about them. Kinda like Miss. St.

Hearing Rocky Top makes me want to jam sharp objects in my ears so I can puncture my ear drumbs. They play that damn song so many times, it's hard to imagine how anyone (including tutorsee fans) could like it!

When this thread opened I noted that my dog, Buddy, was very old and not doing well. Tonight 3/28 I had the vet come by and euthanize him. He is now buried in my back yard.

Buddy was the perfect dog. 15 years ago he adopted us as a full grown dog so he must have been around 17 or 18 which is extremely old for a large dog. Buddy never did garbage, chase cars, jump up at you, he taught the younger dogs how to act right, and kept us safe -- a perfect dog.

God bless you Buddy and thank you for being my friend!

At least he doesn't have to suffer hanging around with that dopey looking hillbilly anymore and being tortured with endless playings of Rocky Top.

Surely, he went to hound-dog heaven and is now being rewarded for the he11 he endured on Earth.

I'm sorry for your loss. I don't know what me and my wife will do when our 13 year old black cocker spaniel (Lucy) passes. She has been our sweet baby and constant companion and since we don't want any children it will be a rough time for sure. God bless you and Buddy!
