I was searching for the SEC seating chart as I posted earlier at the Sugar Bowl and came across this...

SponsorsUSF&G Financial Services (1987-1995)
Nokia (1995-2006)
Allstate Insurance (2007-present)2008 MatchupGeorgia vs Hawaiʻi (UGa 41, Hawaiʻi 10)2009 MatchupAlabama Crimson Tide
vs. Utah Utes (January 2)
According to Wikipedia, it is saying we are playing the Utes...I knew there was talk, but this isnt set in stone just yet is it?

I want Ohio State, or any other media darling.

I would LOVE to see us put the whoop-down on Ohio State or USC...but it wont happen. We'll get Utah.

It is going to be Utah.

Personally, I don't want to play OSU. I don't think they are that good of a team and I hate playing weaklings in a bowl. I really want to play Texas but that won't happen either.

So, bring on the Utes and their high flying offense and let's teach them what a relentless defense and a power running game is all about.

I'm pretty sure the Sugar Bowl officials would prefer somebody other than Utah, but how much control do they have in selecting teams? I know the SEC tie-in is out of their control, but can they bypass Utah for somebody else?

Whoops. I have a knack for botching up quotes. But lets see what happens when they announce bowl bids this afternoon.
Haha. One of my favorites is ... "Wikipedia: The Truth Can be Edited" I tend to check the page history to see WHO put it there.

Now everyone seems to be saying we'll be playing Utah, after CBS seemed to be leaning for Texas/Bama Sugar Bowl. Would've been classic.
