Hugh is Moses. The Barn folks are the Israelites. They’ve been wandering in the wilderness but the Right Reverend Freeze will lead them to the Promised Land.

I’m just trying to figure out where the Ten Commandments comes in? I’m sure Moses Freeze has to come down from Rane’s Jordan Hare Sky Box with a set on new commandments (written on Charmin) because Hugh has probably broken the majority of the original ten….

Bruce Feldman of The Athletic actually stated something similar, except he didn’t go as far as saying “prior to UGA game”. No question Hugh’s seat is getting hot.
The word is that Arkansas has two coaches on the top of their wish list: Rhett Lashlee at SMU and Jon Sumrall at Tulane. There is little question that Sumrall wants to coach in the SEC. He is from Huntsville, was Head Coach at Troy before going Tulane. The other SEC connection is that he played at Kentucky. So it is possible, if Auburn parts ways with Freeze and Kentucky sends Stoops packing, you could have three SEC schools in the Jon Sumrall sweepstakes.

I don’t really know what is to gain in firing Freeze or Stoops before the end of the season. Only thing is to possibly send the message to current players that may consider transfer to “hang on, we have a plan”.

However, if UGA boat races Auburn in two weeks, I could see it happening then.
