What is your Gameday ritual?

Personally, I wake-up, get cleaned up, and make sure I have all of the neccessary snacks and .....um.....beverages that I will need. Then I make sure that I have all of my lucky Tide gear (you know you've got some) out to wear. Just before Kick-off or before I leave to go watch the game, I put on my Tide stuff which is capped by my Houndstooth Hat.......Man I love those Bama Football Saturdays.

p.s. I have also started putting this lil' elephant figurine on top of the TV during games......it helps the Tide's Mojo....Roll Tide Roll!

I hope we beat the crap out of them Rebs.

I eat vast quantities of food...some of it amenable to my S. Beach regimen, some not...and yell & scream a whole bunch. Although, I yelled & screamed from the sidelines last night @ exiled jr.'s game so much that I won't be able to make too much noise today. Sorry; I forgot to pace myself...

as we live so far away that we can only go to one game per year, our gameday ritual is:
1. get everything that needs to be done over the weekend finished before gametime if possible.
2. bbq a pork loin, make buttermilk mac and cheese, slaw, and baked beans
3. get the beer on ice
4. make sure the coach bryant painting can see the tv
5. stuff our faces (me and the wife) and drink beer (mostly me) until the final whistle (hence, #1, because i'm not of much use on sundays after all the "celebration" during the game)
6. go to bed and dream of next week's game.

can't wait til kickoff. i'll be firing up the grill in a couple of hours...now, back to getting all that stuff done before gametime.

I actually have almost the same pre-game preps with the exception of the Houndstooth hat, I have a lucky Bama football ballcap. I even have a Crimson Elephant figurine on my coffe table. I rub his uplifted trunk for Good Luck prior to kickoff. I just put it on top of my TV for extra Bama Mojo today.
