Which Recruit Are You Looking Forward To Seeing Most?

This is the hardest question I have tried to answer with this recruiting class. It is by far the most exciting, top to bottom, I have seen in a long time. I have watched the videos of these guys and can't wait to see them in action.

My early leanings say Burton Scott. The kid is a football magnet on defense and is electrifying on offense. I think he plays early and often and I can't wait.

To all the recruits...Welcome to Bama. We are all pulling for you and looking forward to seeing great things from you all. Roll Tide!!!

After watching Ivan Matchett run I'd say Matchett. But I agree Scott is definitely a player I want to see play.

I'd like for our defense to get shored up so we don't need Scott on defense. I think we need a playmaker more on offense than we do on defense. If we're going to have a playmaker on defense I want it to be a LB or defensive lineman.

Hands down I would say BJ Scott. He just seems so aggressive on top of being a physical specimen. He seems to have a mean streak like Prothro did.:eek2:

A few I'm looking forward to seeing that aren't named Burton J. Scott...

1. Devonta Bolton - I don't feel like we've talked about him nearly enough.
2. Barrett Jones - One tough dude.
3. Damion Square - Another I don't feel like we've talked about enough.

Chris Jackson, who I think willl be the biggest surprise in this class. He's received almost no hype from Rivals or Scout, but he's a lot better than you'd expect for a 5.6 Rivals-rated 3-Star. Spend a while watching his videos, and I suspect you'll agree. He doesn't have Julio's height, but he has everything else you'd want in a WR.

Enrolling early and going thru spring drills will also give him a leg up on the higher profile recruits, although I'm not sure he really needs that advantage.

I'll really be interested to see if/when Tyler Love ends up at LT. Scott has been told he will be on O, at least to begin with. Really don't understand how he doesn't have a fifth star.............speaking of Star(s)..........how about Mr. Star Jackson? Should stir the QB pot pretty quick!! ;)

Donta Hightower - He will start just like Rolando McClain did. He is that good. :BigA:

Donta will start just like Rolando McClain did. He is every bit as athletic and intelligent. I feel sorry for the opposing QB's in the future. Life for them will be hell. :BigA:

I love watching DE's and LB's they are the head hunters. :BigA:

BJ Scott. I really love a playmaker. Palmer, Prothro, Millons, Arenas type guys are so fun to watch and can make something happen anytime they touch the ball.
If we get Mark Ingram, he'll be another. Anyone with a sub 4.4 will be a great threat in the backfield.

I want to see all of them. Sounds indecisive, but no-one knows how each of these young men will adjust to college life, academics, football. I believe all of them will do really well from all information out there and that CNS will put out the best players available.
