Houston played an awful game. Too many errors, wild pitches, free passes(both walks and hit batsmen), and a balk had alot to do with Bama scoring 9 runs. Bama did look very good in the field and except for the second inning Brent Carter looked very good.

We must be one of the hottest teams in college baseball. The key to success is being hot at the right time and the TIDE is!!!

BAMAstudent2 - I'm sorry that you felt I was insulting your team. They did play well today and took advantage of Cougar mistakes. I just thought that a team that could put the spanking Bama did on LSU would look better than they did at the plate. They did a great job getting to Brad Sullivan in the first inning, but the rest of the runs were pretty much gifts by U of H.

Maybe this will make you feel a little better. A&M played Houston a little over two weeks ago (5/13) and were unable to take advantage of many of the Cougar mistakes, then started playing very sloppy themselves and gave the game away losing 8 - 10.
