Who has the best looking cheerleaders?

This post made me think of something that I saw a few days ago--Last week sometime the Crimsonettes were on the local TV station here in Tuscaloosa performing a routine and then interviewed by a local yocal, giving their hometown and what they were doing in school. EVERYONE OF THEM were from small town Alabama, except two who were from Huntsville and Birmingham I think. They were all HOT!!! No exceptions!! I think these young ladies epitomize what we have here throughout the South, and I think some of us take it for granted. Certainly not yours truly, though. I grew up in Oklahoma, where they really know how to play football but don't hold a candle to us when it comes to pretty women.
Those of you that have lived in the South your entire life have really no appreciation for how beautiful our women are. Try living in the Midwest or up East and you will see what I am talking about. Needless to say--cheerleaders from the South RULE!!!!

I've always heard the saying "girls from the south are hotter and guys from the north are hotter"....and from what I've seen about the girls that is true. I've never rated males and do not plan to so a female will have to chime in on that one....

as for SEC cheerleaders, LSU and OM has some nice ones this year. As far as UA goes, you can not say that lil' Ms. Jamie Woods is not cute as a button! :biggrin:

Aw, heck. Our are the only ones who wear the Crimson and White. They get extra points for that so I'm voting for Bama's cheerleaders.

Deliveryman, I used to travel to Oklahoma City frequently and I can assure you, there are some mighty fine women in that part of the country. :cool2:

Part of the allure of southern women is the grace, charm and that Magnolia Mouth accent. ;)

I've also spent time in the north and northeast, and Good God... I went to a night club in western Pennsylvania, and the best looking woman in the whole joint looked like a gorilla.

There's got to be some combination of cold weather, bad food and nasty water that makes'em that way.

I think, statistically, the most beauty pageant winners come from southern and western states.

I hate to give it to a school in California but USC has the best in my opinion. Those are some cute and classy looking gals! Every year! I'm sorry but Bama's cheergals have been pretty average looking for the last 5 years or longer.

Looks like a "men only" kind of thread, but here's a lady's .02:

Having been born & raised in Florida (by a mother from Conecuh county, AL) and having lived in FL, AL, GA, NC, Washington DC, and (now) north of Chicago, let me tell you that girls raised in the South know a lot more than girls from any other part of the country about the importance of putting our best face forward. We know the correct way to apply make-up (i.e. by enhancing what we already have), understand the importance of good hair, always use good manners, and can handle our liquor (nothing makes a lady uglier than being a sloppy drunk).

I agree that people from different parts of the country just look different, and it's about more than just the gene pool shift. It's about style, something that a true Southern lady understands and employs without fail.

I have two little girls and unfortunately the navy has had me stuck up here in the Midwest for almost 4 years (they are 4 1/2 and 3 yrs old). My husband and I insist they use good manners, and they've got our good Southern genes, but I can hardly WAIT to get the heck out of here next summer and move them to the Gulf Coast of Mississippi so they can grow up the way God intended, with style and a sense of "Southerness" that can only come from growing up around your own kind.

I don't care where they come from, I'm equal opportunity. Eight to Eighty, blind, crippled, or crazy. If they cant walk, I'll tote 'em!

:biggrin::biggrin:

Yes, there are some out there that look good. But, per capita, there are FAR MORE here in the South than in any other region of the country.
