Unlike FSU a couple of years ago, Ole Miss hasn't demonstrated that the suck yet. FSU was obviously an inferior team without their starting QB. I don't see how they can leave OM out.

I think it's a possibility, but only IF BYU were to win next weekend, and Bama were to lose. At that point, I wouldn't put it past the committee to use Ole Miss as the fall guy.

I expect the committee to include Ole Miss. Seems there was too much outrage when FSU was excluded. An Ole Miss team without Kiffin is still more worthy than a G5 team.

The players get screwed in the end but then again, if they leave in the middle of a playoff run for the portal can we not say it’s the same thing?

Actually, from what I've seen, Kiffin only convinced two offensive coaches to go with. Could be wrong, but it looks like OM ponied up the cash to retain much of the staff.

It’s semi-pro ball. Just groups of hired hands playing other groups of hired hands. The EST zone is miserable for watching night games. Turned in at half time. There was a time not long ago when the mere thought of doing such a thing never crossed my mind. Now ? Meh.
