Wow, look what our man Jimmy Johns has stirred up

JJ has taken an ungodly amount of heat in MS for deciding to come to Bama. Crooms has piled on with some pretty crude remarks. In fact, he's sort of specialized in those sort of remarks since he became a HC. I wouldn't be surprised if the gist of JJ's remarks hadn't been cleared with Shula ahead of time. Shula, himself, and his staff have been less than pleased with Croom and his turning us in to the NCAA for everything imaginable, including the margin being too wide on our recruiting guide, causing us to have to pull them all have them reprinted. And that doesn't even start on some of the crap he and his staff have told recruits we were competing on. I understand the frustration and I think our team will share it on Saturday...

Sounds like "grady" from sanford and son made made #10 angry with his comments last year.

I probably wouldn't have said it but then again I'm not 19 years old. Some have said this will fire state up. first of all state is a crummy football team. I mean one of the worst football teams in the country. If the Tide loses to state, it will not be because #10 "expressed" himself. If we lose this one, we have bigger problems than #10 shooting his mouth off.

state is improving, they scored 31? in a loss to ky. you think bama could put up 31 on ky? heck they had to struggle to put 38 on fla int and they were down 18 players! i agree state isnt a good team, but right now but who is saying bama is all that good ,certainly not good enough to talk smack,look at miami, i dont want bama to be another miami. all im saying is act right and do your talking with your play on the field. it can be done you have to have a coach that can demand it from his players. i mean really if its bothering johns that much after this long he should go meet sly croom and hash it out. be man about it. you know what they say,talk is cheap.johns is talking.johns need to be a bigger man than that.

As far as this USAF sparring. I am Prior Military (US ARMY). I for years never though the Air Force landed because I was never in the plane when they did. I have no problem with the flyboys, They eat better food and sleep in real beds, They also always put me in the correct dropzone. But the postal worker comment was kinda funny.

Bingo, I'd much rather JJ let his actions do the talking, so to speak.

I've hoped this for every game this year, but it sure would be nice to see us come out and look sharp, playing a complete game to get our heads on straight for the last two (tough) games...
