TIFWIW but i doubt the barry part i guarantee the staff pursues shell more they like him more and he likes us more than sanders. i can the DGB prediction ill go out on a limb and say we might even lead however at worst we are legitimate contenders

The last I heard is that Black is scheduled to announce his college decision on July 24th on ESPN. I believe it is down to either Bama or FSU, but don't count out UF as a surprise pick. I think he will choose Bama because he has a good relationship with the coaches and Bama has been his overall favorite for most of the time, especially since this Spring.

That is just what I have heard. Aug. 24th could be the updated announcement time. Black had scheduled to vi Alabama on Jul. 20th but he may have to reschedule that visit because of a family reunion. So the Aug. 24th announcement date could be correct.

That's what I heard at first as well. Black said he did have to postpone his visit here because of the family reunion.

According to Chris Black in a Noles247 interview he will announce on ESPN on 24th Aug and he has not told either Bama or FSU what his decision is or will be. He says that he pretty much knows where he is going. He plans on taking one last visit to Bama but that is not confirmed yet.

I still believe it is down to either Bama or FSU.
