...Depresses me when I see the Cowboys do well.
I wouldn't worry about them too much. Until they find a real HC, they are going to find a way to lose in the post-season. How they let Parcells leave, I will never know. He built a team that is ready to win a SB (or 3), then they let him go. :conf3: Still, as a Giants fan, I am loving it. I mean, Wade Phillips?

Sounds like the Saints stole then modified an already bad slogan of the Cinncinatti Bengals " Who dey think gonna beat dem bengals". Two bad teams with equally bad battle cry/slogan.

Pittsburg Steelers, thats who

I loved Lombardi's Packers and not just because of Bart Starr. I loved their execution and teamwork. The fabled Green Bay sweep was awesome to behold, even when it was expected, D's couldn't stop it.

Their defense was the same way, they reminded me of Coach Bryant's team in the way they were able to constantly rise up and come up with big plays when they needed them the most.

I liked the Namath Jets and the Stabler Raiders, but the Lombardi Packers were my all-time favorite. Coach Bryant and Coach Lombardi, now, that is a great pair. :)

Atlanta Falcons, through and through. Bad, bad team this year, gonna take some time I suppose. Weird hire at HC, good hire at GM. We will see what happens- I have been a Falcons fan for over 20 years so I haven't had much to get excited about (beating Minn in 98 was truly amazing though). I had the pleasure of interviewing Vick every week while I worked for 680 the fan in Atlanta and i have a WAY different opinion of him than most. I loved him, period. I was absolutely shocked when these charges and allegations went down. Let me specify- I loved him as a player and someone who would talk to you rather than just tell you what sounded good. As a dog owner (we have 3 actually) I couldn't be more appalled. Anyway- I have a tendency to ramble so the answer to the question is Falcons and I also pull for the Jags.

Though I'm not a Pack fan, Ray Nitschke was bad dude who would put you in the dirt....and liked doing it.

I grew up in St. Louis, but that's when we had the Cardinals (along with owner Bill Bidwell) and no one liked the team....but everyone loved the coach, none other than Gene Stallings (which is how I became an Alabama fan, but that's for another thread). I never liked the Cards and I had moved here to KC by the time the Rams came around and never grew attached to them. Until a few years ago, I was also never a Chiefs fan. That was until they drafted Brodie Croyle....now I'm a fan!

On another note, I met him last night at the grand opening of a Bass Pro Shop here in town....couldn't have been a nicer guy. He saw my hat and shirt and gave me a "Roll Tide"....to which WR Dewayne Bowe (LSU), who was standing next to him, said, "Now don't come around here saying that!" It was a thrill to get to shake his hand....

If you remember correctly Benny Perrin and EJ Junior was on that Cardinals team also! I went to many of their games when we were across the river at Scott AFB.
