One of those players would have to go if we got Lacey.

Unless due to injury, there is no way in the world that Cooper redshirts.

I wouldn't count on Lamb staying. This is a pretty weak class for 2-guards and he may be a decently high pick for a team that needs one just based on being the best of those available.

He should come here and have his name linked to the turnaround of Alabama basketball. He could be a hero in this State. In Kentucky he would never be held in long term esteem like he could in his home State.

Can/will he play defense? I'm guessing Coach Grant is like Coach Sanderson in that regard; players play defense or they don't play. Bama will have a very interesting team if they can get Lacey. Some very good experienced players with some decent project players and high-impact freshmen.

I know nothing about Trevor, but I assume he will play defense just fine. If Coach can make Davis play defense, then anyone can/will.

Unofficial stats for Trevor in the state semifinals today: 19 pts, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 blocks and 2 steals. Finals are Friday night at 8pm and on the mywhammy channel if anyone wants to check him out. That's the channel that the Alabama/Auburn basketball game was on last Wednesday.

lacey will for sure have big numbers, it'll be his last high school game.

i wouldn't consider him the states best ever, 2 years ago Eric Bledsoe came out of parker high school; he didn't have the rings that lacey has but he was really good and now he's in the NBA.

This guy is a player. Kind of player that you need to win championships. Alabama needs him badly, may come down to how bad Kentucky wants him. Would be great to see him in crimson. What a boost for Coach Grant's recruiting and overall program one player can make.
