I do not understand their thinking at all...They are so delusional it's not even funny. I actually pity them.....

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say if we played them it would be a lot like playing Ole Miss.

Oklahoma State reminds me of the guy who wins the lottery and moves to Palm Beach, and thinks they are part of the "Society" - then ends up broke and back in the old neighborhood a couple of years later

Its funny to see them pretending they never lost to ISU. And if they do acknowledge it, they play it off as being distracted by the tragedy of the plane crash. As if more than 5 people on the football team had ever even seen any of the coaches who died. I might as well claim we lost to LSU the first time because the team was torn up about the death of Tinker's GF and the destruction in Tuscaloosa. I predict a tractor parade in Stillwater in the near future, complete with made-up rings, and I will love every second of it.

A team that couldn't beat a 7-loss team it led 24-7 in the 3rd qtr is complaining about other teams. I'm sick of the exploitation of that tragedy. You could plausibly argue IF OSU had trailed 24-7 and came back but lost that the tragedy affected them but I'm staring to think 2 dead coaches are being used as an excuse.

Exactly, and it is pathetic

Enough of this. ISU lost 7 of its final 10 games, 6 of those by double digits. That was a bad loss to a bad team. A comparable SEC loss would be Mississippi State or Kentucky. If Bama or LSU had lost to the likes of Mississippi State or Kentucky there is no way they would've been in discussion for the BCSCG this season... why does OSU think they deserve preferential treatment.

OSU finished 107th in total defense. The most comparable team to OSU in the SEC was Arkansas. Arkie & OSU had 2 common opponents. OSU beat TAM by 1 point, Arkie beat TAM by 4 points. OSU beat Kansas State by 7 points, Arkie beat them by 13 points. LSU and Bama DESTROYED Arkansas. The question if Bama and OSU played isn't how would the defense handle OSU's high powered but one-dimensional offense, the bigger question is would Bama's punter ever see the field against OSU's 107th rated defense (the answer is probably "no").

Nothing to see here, move on.

Miss. State is not that bad of a team. ISU is a Ole Miss or Kentucky.

When Gundy said they'd throw 50 times, my first rhought was "you have to have time to throw." that was followed by "and set a record with 16 interceptions thrown" which was followed by "everybody has a plan until they get hit."

The more that I hear from Gundy and camp, the more I think there is merit in why OU despises them so much. I thought his statements concerning the National Championship game disproved his most famous quote, "I'm a man, I'm 40."

If we played Okie St Trent would have 300 yds by halftime and than Lacy and Fowler would put up another couple hundred more in the 2nd half. Heck we would not have to pass more than 10 attempts and Time of possession would be so lopsided it would be an embarassment for Okie St.

Heh, so I was surfing through that board, and I am not sure many of their fans understand how football is played. One guy was trying to say that Bama beat LSU by passing and "abandoned that 3yds and a cloud of dust *stuff", and that therefore OSU would have torn up the field because they are the best passing team eva. I guess it never crossed his mind that they were daring Bama to pass because they were stacking the box to stop the #1 RB in the country. The delusion over there is unreal, with many posters insisting that OSU, Stanford, and Houston would have killed Bama or LSU. If they want a demonstration of a lights-out defense and a limping offense for the umpteenth time, I would be happy to oblige. Bring on a +1!
