Let's check his retirement funds for recent transactions.I guess the idea that the DA liked to go after FSU players didn't pan out here.
As far as having bruising, not that I am proud of some of the things in the past but I will say that there are some women that are freaks out there. Again, not saying this woman was but we don't know.
I hate Auburn as much as any Bama fan but, taking money is nowhere near as bad as rape IMO.
Absolutely. However, the "integrity" part of the Heisman was gone for me after that day. Sorry, not trying to hijack the thread.
I have served on grand- grand jurys and our job was not to decide if someone was guilty but to say yes or no as to if there is enough evidence to bring the person to trial. Clearly there is enough evidence to bring Mr Winston to trial and let his guilt or innocence be decided by a jury.
Straight question - If you reviewed the evidence shared by the SA, would you not agree that this belonged in front of a jury instead of being tossed because it might fail to bring a conviction?Krazy, I agree that this was mishandled and wished it would have gone to trial. I am not saying that she was a freak, just stating a possibility. I don't know what happened. I am not going to cross the line of calling her a liar not will I call him a rapist without know for certain.
There is a saying about Karma that I'm not allow to say!
I believe it!
If this is indeed a pattern as some have indicated it will not stop and eventually will catch up to him - we will see.Correct! He might can get around the law now but the Good Lord knows all!
Sorry - I missed that. I appreciate your view point. As for not drawing a conclusion - I think that you are incorrect. It is wrong to sit on the sidelines. Someone was wronged here.BIG tide,
I have already stated that I would have preferred it going to a jury. I am not friends with him. I have met him and his family but I am not friends with him.
All that I have attempted to say is that none of us know what happened. To make a conclusion either way would be wrong.
I thought he should have been charged but I know way to little about the facts to say guilty
