Thank you. I got called out on the game thread for making the same comment.
That's why I thought it was in my best interest to step out of the game thread, too.

I can handle losing, folks. I - perhaps more than any poster on this board - will say, "Yeah, it was a bad call but YOU HAVE TO OVERCOME IT, and we made mistakes, etc etc." I still firmly believe this with all I am.

But I'm also convinced that horrific non-call on a DPI was largely why Jameson Williams got ejected for targeting. I think he was so frustrated at the utter bull crap nonsense that he did what competitors do and decided to take it into his own hands. That's wrong, and you can't do that, but I firmly believe that's what happened.

I'm tired of teams faking injuries like A/M did.
I'm tired of referees suddenly turning into Helen Keller when we play Auburn at Jerking Hare.
I mean, I don't like Gus Malzahn's high school crap, but at least that's something where as lame as it is, he flat up beats you with it. I don't like it, and I don't respect it, but I accept it.

But quite frankly, I was to the level of approving a full-on assault on the officiating crew early on because that was just plain pathetic. And yes - if we had lost, it would STILL have been OUR fault for failing to execute.

But I'm tired of the feeling every other year that eight guys dressed like zebras have decided that they're on the payroll and can't go against the fambly, so they create the most monstrous crap.

We’ve got to perfect that bunch formation, get Williams lost in it, and pop him out on a few seam routes. Maybe try a fake screen deep shot to the opposite side. Anything we can do to slow down the rush we know is coming next week. I think it helped a lot.

Yeah, and I hope he did.
In fact, I hope he mugged him and left him crushed in a heap.

After that "Saints-Rams" level DPI they did NOT CALL on Auburn, they can shove anything about referees right up their backsides forever and ever amen.

THAT was insanely horrific, and it happens every single time we play there in that quicksand pit.
The commentators said, "the refs are letting them play."
Well, then play. Stupid not to take advantage of that.

Really happy we pulled out that win, but please tell me how I'm supposed to feel about:

1. Our chances against Georgia?
2. How in the world our offense couldn't score a TD until the last minute of the game?
3. Is BOB really the problem and how does that factor into question #1?
4. Am I supposed to be back on the Pete Golding train now?

Not counting Willimas do we not have any other speed receivers? JoJo is out but surely we have one?

You say cursing, I say cussing. :p
everything is good...
Now, just to be clear...

I'm dead-serious about the difference between cussing and cursing.

Cussing is a simple expletive - a mere expression of emotion.

Cursing - on the other hand - is the wishing, predicting, or willing of ill-will upon a person, a group of people, or something on which their existence is dependent.

Even though Balaam wasn't a man of God, there's a reason He sent an angel to prevent Balaam from cursing Israel...

1) probably better than what our chances mid way through the 4th were tonigh
2) because we have a horrible OC
3) Yes. I hope he doesn’t find his way to Atlanta.
4) no but like it’s been painfully proven week after week O’Brien is by far a more pressing problem

An easy way to solve the faking of injuries rules is go to NFL clock rules. 2 minute warning, running clock, and injuries under 2 minutes in a half are a timeout.
