Because the OC thing started this crap when Harsin was told to fire him but refused. They won’t allow him to hire another guy with problems.

Remember they forced Tubberville to hire his last OC as well.
IF they do that (and you may be right), Harsin will feel like a puppet until they scrape up enough money for the buyout at the end of next season AND they find somebody WILLING to take the job...

I think Harsin will tell them to stick it...

More or less what it said. No mention, as to be expected, of the young lady whose name was drug through the mud, reputation & career possibly ruined, etc.

President Gouge: “Well Coach Harsin, our investigation has shown you’re an egotistical, self absorbed jerk, you can’t relate to people, you’re difficult to work with, your coaching skills are marginal, you can’t recruit and, after neutering you in public for the last seven days, we’ve decided you’re “okay”.”

“We’re having Super Bowl party at Alan Greene’s place Sunday afternoon. Wanna come? Alan makes some great wings, Jimmy does his special Yeller Feller pulled pork, and old Harbert does an awesome seven layer bean dip. By the way, make sure you wear socks without holes in them. Alan has this “thing” about wearing shoes in his house…”

From an ESPN article

Sources told ESPN that Harsin met with officials running the school's inquiry on Wednesday night before attending the SEC head coaches meeting on Thursday in Birmingham, Alabama, at the league office. Harsin's meeting with school officials included speaking with Henry Gimenez, the lawyer specializing in the collegiate sports space from the Birmingham-based firm Lightfoot, Franklin and White. Sources have told ESPN that Gimenez has been a key part of the outside counsel assisting Auburn's inquiry.

Pretty sure Lightfoot, Franklin and White shouldn't be considered outside counsel.
