The key to whether Sark has success or not, IMO, is more how he runs the overall program rather than JUST the talent on the field. One of the many things that makes Saban great is his CEO ability to ensure EVERY facet of the program is running on point. Can Sark do that, or will Sark ultimately always have a very good offense but have significant drop-offs in other areas of the program? Time will definitely tell.I watched the Texas Spring game and yes,I dont believe they are going to win a National Championship in 2022.But they WILL be a major headache and problem for every defense they face. Even The Tide's.I would say their issue offensively will be up front, but I do know they have some really good young talent in those rooms. How they develop and how ready they will be will be the key to their offense. They have 2 VERY skilled young throwers in Hudson Card and Quinn Ewers. These 2 can spin it now! Besides Jahmyr Gibbs,I believe Bijan Robinson is the most complete back in the country. And Roschon Johnson is a load. And KRob still has that elite quickness to the edge. They have 3 TE's they will use including JBill, who Sark is going to use,of course, similarly to how he used him in TitleTown. Agiye didnt dress out,of course, but I will tell you that XWorthy and Jordan Whittington are a nice,SEC-Like duo.And IF they were able to reel in Addison? Then they become a REAL elite position group.
Defensively, they have some dudes and have some people back, and some transfers that are going to help. IF they get good QB play,in which I believe they will?Maybe better than good?..They would/will be a real solid pick to win The Big 12.This is an outstanding early season matchup for The Tide in Austin to try to kind of gauge where we are. And considering The Texas talent and skill level?..I would NOT be surprised if it is not the cakewalk that a lot of TIDE fans believe it will be.
Nah, it will be tight for a half but we will smoke them by 3 TDs.I watched the Texas Spring game and yes,I dont believe they are going to win a National Championship in 2022.But they WILL be a major headache and problem for every defense they face. Really good observations. The QBs they have are definitely good on paper. Have those guys actually played any meaningful snaps at the college level? I'm asking because I don't know. I know Ewers came out early and went to OSU, didn't wow anyone, then left. Or something like that. Forever, I'll be comparing unproven young QBs to Blake Barnett...until they prove otherwise.I watched the Texas Spring game and yes,I dont believe they are going to win a National Championship in 2022.But they WILL be a major headache and problem for every defense they face. Card got a couple of starts late in their season last year after things went South. Did ok. He is a good looking prospect. Ewers is the one,I am sure, that Sark hopes "seizes the reins" so to say.Legit physical talent throwing the ball. This is the 1st thing that will/would jump off the screen to a football person when they watch him.. Really elite. Rich tooReally good observations. The QBs they have are definitely good on paper. I think they might be a handful to start with……… definitely fired up, but I feel Bama can wear them down . Bama’s D will be up to the taskNah, it will be tight for a half but we will smoke them by 3 TDs.
Likely just trimming the fat…I wonder what the deal is with Dayne Shor? He's in the portal, he just got to bama
So we put on the fat just to trim it 4 months later? Sound odd.Likely just trimming the fat…
The portal giveth and the portal taketh away…So we put on the fat just to trim it 4 months later? Sound odd.
I have read from other posters on message boards that maybe he was a misevaluation from Marone. Him entering the portal puts Bama at 86, so one more player will need to hit the portal to make the 85 roster. He seems like a nice kid... hope he gets playing time at whichever school he goes to next.I wonder what the deal is with Dayne Shor? He's in the portal, he just got to bama

How do you know the number is 86?I have read from other posters on message boards that maybe he was a misevaluation from Marone. Well then, by default that means that you`re confident that our O line will have gelled and be playing at a high level. I truly hope you`re right.Nah, it will be tight for a half but we will smoke them by 3 TDs.
I look for a 4 quarter battle when Bama plays them, especially since its at their place.I watched the Texas Spring game and yes,I dont believe they are going to win a National Championship in 2022.But they WILL be a major headache and problem for every defense they face.
