Where is he going and why is he leaving? I think he would have had a lot of playing time next year.

I hope that is one we can recruit back, but if Arnold stays, Amos is back and Domani Jackson coming in, then maybe he wants to go somewhere else.

I can see why Ty would stay for now. Can’t he choose to leave after spring training anyway?

Yes, but getting spring practice at a new school would be huge for his chance to win the starting job somewhere else. Therefore, I applaud him for staying if he really is. I just have to wonder, how much better than Milroe would he have to be to feel good about his prospects of winning the starting job next season.

It is going to hard for Terrion to say “no” to the NFL with a late 1st or early second round projection. Don’t get me wrong. I would love to get him back for another year. But he would be turning down a lot of zeros

Holstein transferring is no surprise. Sayin is already enrolled and will have a chance to show what he can do in the Spring. If Simpson really stays then I would expect Lonergan to enter the portal since he would likely be #4 in the 4 man QB room. I would hate to see him leave, but he would be a great pickup for teams needing a solid QB.

Hopefully they both stay

He could easily double that first contract with another great year at Alabama. Insurance would cover the risk, and he could get more than $1MM to stay.

I said this a while back - he would be foolish to leave. There is almost no scenario in which he doesn't do better for himself by staying.

He could make good money in NIL too
