Good question and that's up to the coaching staff. If the new staff also designates Milroe as the starter, that will be two that believe he's the best we have.Everyone keeps saying that, but what exactly is it gonna take for Ty to separate himself? I thought Ty looked slightly better in last year's A day, and with a broken throwing thumb to boot. Word was that he looked slightly better in a lot of the scrimmages last year. He also looked slightly better during this year's A Day, and some have said significantly better during the final scrimmage before A Day. Simpson has looked slightly better than Milroe just about every time they've had a scrimmage or A Day, but apparently simply being slightly better is not enough, even if it happens every time. What's it gonna take for this man to get his shot? Because it seems like he's held to a much higher standard than Milroe is.
Keep in mind they are around the players when we're not and maybe Ty struggles in practice? Couldn't say.
