You can be great and be loved by the Alabama Family forever or you can be the one(s) responsible for killing the dynasty and be disliked by most. I would choose the former. If you are ride or die with the wrong dude I don’t wish you the best.
It's sickening. So with boz seeming to be well connected with good info I’ll name the 6
Milroe
Booker
Haynes
Moore
Pritchett
Campbell

Then those players should be benched........I wouldn't have thought Haynes would be one of them. I'd start getting those behind them ready and give them an ultimatum............rebel and you are on the benchSo with boz seeming to be well connected with good info I’ll name the 6

I'm thinking the same.............out with the badI think this is a very complex and tenuous situation. I think CKD is doing all he can to get through the season. Then, in the off season, he can hit the reset button and clean house. At that point, he owes these guys nothing. He also can hit the portal to get what he needs to replace the guys who choose to leave or are shown the door.
So, the remainder of the season may be tough, but next year we'll see a very different team take the field.
Horrible time, but think the point up the message here was we needed that critical third down and Klaw got delivered another terrible pass, then tn player on him while he was already stewing. Agree team mentality needs to to stronger and more situationally aware, just his comment seemed to be about where it was boiling up fromI’m never a fan of it at any time, but fourth and seven is way up on the list of when not to lose your cool.
IF this is true, then i hope KDB will do what is necessary to nip it in the bud. And if they quit on the team like the rumors from last year suggested at USF, then they should hit the portal. So with boz seeming to be well connected with good info I’ll name the 6

Here’s my line of thinking, paraphrased from Saban I believe: you never know which yardage could be the difference in the game. There’s a very high percentage that getting fifteen yards in the fourth quarter, down 7 with less than five minutes left that those fifteen yards will be the difference in the game. Convert the fourth, score a touchdown, secure the win, then let that do the talking.Horrible time, but think the point up the message here was we needed that critical third down and Klaw got delivered another terrible pass, then tn player on him while he was already stewing. Yeah, and we will have to be patient with him so he can get a handle on it.............I wouldn't want to be handling it, because I'd drop the hammerSo the more I think about USF last year the more I think that was the turning point for Saban hanging it up. It also means CKD probably has his hands full more than we know if the goat himself couldn’t manage it correctly.
While a dumb penalty, I kind of agreed with and understood K Law's frustration. Which is why I think that was more than retaliation directed at UT player.Horrible time, but think the point up the message here was we needed that critical third down and Klaw got delivered another terrible pass, then tn player on him while he was already stewing. Yeah, but you gotta learn control and to channel that frustration to prevent causing issuesWhile a dumb penalty, I kind of agreed with and understood K Law's frustration. Which is what I think that was more than retaliation directed at UT player.
Unfortunately, a lot of folks will jump on the told you so bandwagon with little awareness of how bad a situation that isMy concern is that JM will struggle against Mizzou, then play terribly in Baton Rouge, forcing the staff to insert TS, in a hostile environment, without the practice reps with the 1s, and he won't be ready for that stage. Then, when TS struggles, what do you do?
Excommunicado?not surprised at all with Milroe and Booker. Really surprised about Moore, but no real opinion on the others.
I guess with the prior staff and this staff having tried to make the status quo work, if I were making the decision I'd go ahead and have meetings with the guys behind the starters, tell them they are going to get their opportunities and then rip off the band aid and bench the issue dudes. Tell everyone about the benching and why it's happening, and tell the '6' that they can either hold the rope and be quiet about it and try to earn their way back and accept it or be dismissed and pack up their stuff and leave campus. make it known the same will happen to anyone else not willing to give 100%, win or lose. We can fill needs next year with the portal or signing class, but we won't go down this path.
If this is all true and guys with the C on their jersey are issues to this degree, I might even have maintenance go down to Denny Chimes and pull out the slabs with their names and imprints. Go total 'Art of War' and leave no doubt about the future
Probably add USC to that list too with RileyThat's comical. There would be 50 coaches out there who would think they could be the coach who got Milroe over the hump. Gus would certainly come calling because he thinks he could teach him to make the correct read even when others couldn't. Most coaches are pretty arrogant fellows when it comes to their abilities.
Wish you were the HC..lolnot surprised at all with Milroe and Booker. Really surprised about Moore, but no real opinion on the others.
