The only glimmer of hope I saw was the defense actually improved after fsu went up 24. They made Catellanos one dimensional. So facing Arnold won't be unfamiliar. Keenan back will help the rush defense tooNot sure how to feel about this one. I’ve been a DeBoer apologist and there’s a lot of season left, and it’s better to lose early. But this felt like Vandy last season on a larger scale with better players across the board for the other team. The offensive game plan was solid and they were forced to get away from it because the defense wet the bed again versus a mobile QB in a misdirection style offense. Ty was asked to do too much today, and honestly he didn’t play too bad.
Thing is, there are several more teams on our schedule with this type of QB and this style of offense. Auburn is licking their chops, from what I saw last night.
