I watched a clip of (Was it McElroy?) critiquing Arch's technique. (I'd never paid attention until last week.)

Arch really DOES over-stride, and he's often not employing his kinetic chain properly. That's really surprising.

Granted we don’t know what was said at that time or what may have been said prior leading up to that.
