  • HELLO AGAIN, Guest! We are back, live! We're still doing some troubleshooting and maintenance to fix a few remaining issues but everything looks stable now (except front page which we're working on over next day or two)

Thanks for your patience and support! MUCH appreciated! --Brett (BamaNation)

if you see any problems - please post them in the Troubleshooting board!

That barn play at the goal line should have been TD barn or TD UGA….it was a close call, and I could see it either way.

But UGA ball inside the 1?

That’s an SEC ref call, wimping out in the clutch.

How did we ever reach this level of incompetence?
Sankey was too focused on media contracts to worry about official incompetence.

Ok, let’s recap that goal line play. Not only does Auburn not get a touchdown…Georgia doesn’t either. Instead the ball is placed at the one yard line and is Georgia’s ball. Incredible!

You can't cure stupid. This is why the whole SEC officiating office needs to be dismantled.

I didn't hear the explanation but I assume the play was called dead (whistle) before the UGA player took off down the field.

This is the rare (only?) case where I actually agree with the awbies on something. Just glad we didn't see it melt down to a tennersaw level and batteries, ketchup and mustard bottles get tossed on the field. There may have been a pouch of Redman tossed, though.
Skoal can. You can get a good roll out of those it they land right.

He was so close to earning a fine during that interview as he started to say “that was one of the…”. He stopped there and composed himself pretty well. Just once though I wish a coach wouldn’t hold back and call out these clown refs in the moment. It’s beyond time that officials should also have to face the media and defend there stupidity. If we require it of coaches and players, then refs should as well.

Auburn got hosed in the final 2 minutes and we all know that if it happened to Bama some of our TVs would be busted right now.

With that said, it appears that the Jordan-Hare voodoo has turned on the barn, which makes me happy.
