    Poll: Where do you hope to see the most improvement before AU/UF?

    We seem to have gotten away from running the ball as much as we did in the early part of the season. I would also like to see us go back to throwing more short passes to the tight end. The key, of course, will be stopping the run on defense and running the ball on offense.

    CJ, I agree with you totally! I think we should score more than 30. I cannot imagine our guys not being ready for this game, and I mean ready in a big way to just pounce on the tiggers.

    What victory did you most enjoy?

    I'd have to say the 35-0 victory over the aubies in 1973, the year following the Punt-Bama-Punt fiasco. I was a Freshman at The University that year, and it was an outstanding way to end a fantastic regular season. A victory this year over the barn would be just as sweet.

    I don't get the obsession with this guy. He was never a great player for us. He was big and strong and would knock somebody's block off during kickoffs. Other than that, all he could really do was run straight ahead...and he wasn't that fast. Plus, how many times did this guy fumble inside...

    We have won nine games, we're ranked number one in the land and we haven't won anything yet. If we don't beat LSU this weekend, it is doubtful that we will have a shot at the big prize. EVERY game is important!!!

    God bless Mike Singletary. If we had more coaches like that, it wouldn't be up to the officials to throw a flag because of unsportsmanlike conduct. Sportsmanship has not be taught and is not an expectation from most coaches like it used to be. Don't get me started!

    Well, I am surprised. Very happy about it, but surprised. I predicted we would be either 7-5 or 8-4 this season. And a couple of those losses would be to Clemson and Georgia. We could still end up 7-5 or 8-4, but we could also end up 11-1 or 12-0. All I want at this point is to beat Ole...

    It really doesn't matter if we move to number one or not, if we don't continue to win. As nice as it is to be number one during mid-season, I'm more interested in the final polls.

    It will be interesting to see if Tubby weathers this storm or not. It looks like the beginning of the end for him to me, but I thought it was all over in 2003, then they beat Bama and Wingnut came out on top. A little chaos over on that side of the state sure is nice to see for a change.

    I read some similar statements from folks in this and other forums when Shula and DuBose were our head coaches. It's good to see that what goes around comes around. I cannot think of a more deserving bunch of fans.

    Like I've said for years, the hypocrisy from these people and others like them is incredible. And why the media doesn't call them on their hypocrisy is also incredible...except we all know that most of the media is composed of socialist-minded pinheads just like the NCAA.
