I can't wait for Jess N's analysis of the game between Alabama and Ohio State.

How will he list the following:

QB - ? I think this is EVEN
RBs - ? I think this is EVEN Sermon is very good. He can run or catch passes, then run just like N. Harris. He's even imitating Harris by flying over defenders.
WRs - ? I think this is close to EVEN, unless Waddle is back full strength.
OL - ? I'll give this to tOSU
DL - ? I'll give this to tOSU. Lawrence didn't have time to do anything. Will Mac be protected from that mad RUSH? That MAD RUSH leads to interceptions and fumbles.
LB's - ? I'll give this to tOSU
DBs - ? I'll give this to tOSU
Special Teams - ? I think this is EVEN
Motivation - tOSU is highly motivated and seems to be highly teed off. Dabo ranked them #11. Coach Saban ranked them #5, I think. Looks like tOSU was HIGHLY MOTIVATED against Clemson. Bama is FAVORED by 7, I think. That's just another motivator.

So,
tOSU - 5
Even - 4
Bama - 0

Notre Dame had a pretty good OL and DL, but tOSU has a great OL and DL. I am CONCERNED.
I sure HOPE Waddle is READY, because we will need everyone. This will be the toughest game of the year for Alabama.

I sure HOPE Bama beats tOSU, but the best looking team on TV today was tOSU. I'd RANK them #1 after today.

Someone, please make me feel better about what will happen starting at 7:00 p.m. (CT) on January 11.

I would say we have the best O-line this year in college football with DBS and WR going to us . Smith and Surtain are the best two players at their positions with metchie Jobe and Moore deserving some note because they are very good players also . You can guarantee this team will be motivated a lot of them remember the loss here last time and not making it last year you can bet that still stings. While we lost to OSU here last time we played them and they just won their revenge game. Motivation goes to us I believe, but you can believe they will have motivation for a championship also.

(don't know enough about the OSU d-line to give it to us so ill give it to them) while we can be weak at MLB at times don't sleep on our outside guys. LB is our weak link its not as bad as its made out to be.
Most lbs are a liability in coverage but Moses needs to step it up in the run game this week sermon will be tuff.

You would if he was the Alabama coach. Clemson fans are going to be made fun of just like Miami fans in 92 were made fun of. When you partake or condone in talking trash then you best back it up or you deserve to be made fun of. Dabo is an embarrassment to Clemson, and he is an embarrassment to the University of Alabama. Obviously he likes Dennis Erickson's approach better than Gene Stalling's approach.

That had zero to do with the outcome. schedule.

Correct. Unlike Clemson, Alabama actually respect their opponents. If Ohio State gets any bulletin board material, it won't come from Alabama. Ohio State will not face a team this year with as much focus as they will with Bama. It will be both a fun and nerve wrecking game.

With a slow release. He will be like Cam Newton. A few good years with a peak in his 3rd or 4th year then a steady decline. He's more Trent dilfer than Tom Brady.

The QB that reminds me the most of Tom Brady this year is Mac Jones. Reads defenses, stands tall in the pocket, gets the ball out fast, accurate, quiet demeanor, intense but not emotional, etc.

He'd be a great draft pick for the Pats IMO.

I'm surrounded by Clemson fans. Normally, they're blowing their horns and bragging on social media after even the most mediocre wins. Tonight=crickets. I enjoyed this game more than most I've watched this season. In case you've never visited, they ARE Auburn on a lake.

I'm really looking forward to the title game. Two of the best, most storied programs in CFB history. Bear Bryant. Woody Hayes. Nick Saban. Urban Meyer. Generational talent on both teams.

There's also the shared history. Nick Saban was a DB coach at OSU. He later was the HC at Michigan State, where he upset #1 OSU in 1998 (I was at that game, ugh!). Urban Meyer tried to get a job working with Saban, but Meyer was too unknown at that point.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to good conversation in the days ahead.
