"Here, where they play this grown-man football, the offense can't save you. Enjoy every yard. Because they’re not coming easy."

This is what most non-SEC fans don't understand until it's too late:BigA:

Funny piece from a realistic fan. I liked the ending "I miss the Big 12", I chuckled. They'll get better as they recruit and it will make it more interesting.

Midway through the fourth, CBS sideline reporter Tracy Wolfson gave a report from the ground. The gist was that her socks were wet and she was excited to get home. I think that went for everyone at Memorial Stadium on Saturday afternoon — well, save Nick Saban. Up 42-10 with a couple minutes left, the camera panned to the livid, soaked coach tearing into someone after a personal foul.
And this is why I love CNS!! Always looking for BETTER.

Soon, my friend Ricky arrived, and described the desire to watch the game as well as anyone possibly could: “The reason I’m watching this is the same reason that if we were in the Old West, I’d go see a hangin’.”
I hope this feeling is the same for every opponent we play.

I actually like Missouri and their coach Gary Pinkel...
The SEC is a tough place, especially when you've played in a league thats offense focused...
it takes different recruiting to be competetive here....I think Mizzou will get there, just gonna take them some time.

I find it hard not to have some sympathy for them as football fans...its tough when you start to realize that you're not competetive, at least not at the present...

Oh I have no problem with them or most other programs. Just saying that a lot of fans on the outside look at the SEC as a bunch of brutes with no offensive talent or imagination. Little do they realize that the only reason the offenses don't run up and down the field is because most every SEC team brings a stout defense.....unless you're Auburn.

I think they will turn it around and be productive members of the SEC EAST. not this year though.
