i agree. plus, they need to find a dome to play in.When they planned this thing, VT, Miami, and FSU were powerhouses...NOw that they've fallen, the game is a failure
I'm not ready to label Virginia Tech a powerhouse. If they didn't play this game, would anyone notice? When they planned this thing, VT, Miami, and FSU were powerhouses...NOw that they've fallen, the game is a failure
Why do they need a dome?i agree. plus, they need to find a dome to play in.
i believe the weather has been a factor also. didn't it rain during the ga.tech-w.f. game lat yr?Why do they need a dome?
They don't. And neither does the SEC. Football belongs outside. And outside of Atlanta. Why do they need a dome?
Exactly. The game needs to be moved to the Panthers' stadium, the Redskins' stadium, or set up a rotating scheduled like the Big 12 does. Atlanta works for the SEC because it is a relatively short drive from all SEC schools, outside of Arkansas. The ACC stretches from Boston to Miami.Charlotte makes much more sense, location wise. Jacksonville is just so far away from so many ACC schools.
Actually the game was scheduled for Orlando before it was known UCF would be in it. Just the luck of the draw for UCF.Maybe they should do what CUSA has done and give the championship game to one of the 2 teams home stadium.Great atmosphere at UCF today.
