Alabama v. LSU Tickets Are Hottest Tickets in College Football

We've been approached to sell our tickets at $1,000 each (to some LSU fans no doubt)......we must be insane, because we still have them. It gives me pause tho, because that figure would pay for our season tickets next year. Crazy as it sounds, I'd rather our two seats be empty than for two more LSU fans to have a seat. Ain't happening.

That would be a nice sum but the money wouldn't replace the memories of a game like this for years to come.....:smile:

Aw now, not all of us LSU fans would be bad to sit next to!I've always had good fun with you folks. the 09 game, all the Bama fans around me were joking and we even hi-fived each other when ever either team would make a good play. Can't wait til Nov 5, I will be in BDS and I'm sure we'll all enjoy a great day of football. May the best team win

Welcome to the board! I have yet to meet an LSU fan I didn't like! You're welcome to come eat some gumgo and red beans and rice with us at our tailgate. PM me and I'll give you instructions on how to find us....you will be welcomed. I'm from South Louisiana originally, and my second favorite SEC team is LSU. (And I just learned that my son, [the LSU fan] and his girlfriend will be sitting in our seats because we're going to a friend's skybox for the game). So I lied about not seating an LSU fan. I so lied. My Tide Pride neighbors in BDS are gonna be upset with me!

I don't know the type of seat people have, but short of prime 50yd line seats, I'd dump seats at $1k/seat.

You can get upper deck seats right now for $300-$400/seat easy.

I'm not going to miss the game, but if I could make $1,200 - $1,400 on two seats just to sit upstairs, that seems like an easy trade.

But then again, I'm the idiot that spent $1,200/seat for two seat on the 45yd line for the BCS championship game.

I could never sell my tickets to someone elses fans. I have gave tickets to some friends that were bama fans just so I knew they didnt get sold to other fans. Roll Tide.

I flew to LA with no bcs ticket and bought one the day before the game on stubhub for 375 will call at the rose bowl turn key timing is key grasshopper

I paid $1400 for 2 seats to Nat'l Champ game 2 years ago. Was worth every penny being in that stadium that night. That being said, i can't see spending the same amount for a regular season game. I would pay $400 per ticket.

We're going down to the LSU game without tickets. We know we're not going to find/afford tickets. We're going for the insuperable atmosphere. Me and my wife along with a few friends are going to walk the quad, then hit the strip and settle in at a sports bar type place to have some drinks and watch the game on TV. No way we're going to pass up the happenings outside the stadium and all that energy. Gotta be there.

Do NOT sell your tickets to LSU fans at any price! They are the enemy!

It needs to be so loud in Bryant-Denny when the LSU offense comes up to the line of scrimmage that the QB, et al can't hear themselves think. That's what HOME field advantage is all about.

Now! How's that going to happen if you sell your Bama tickets to LSU fans?

Stub hub will have tickets an hour before the game for about 75 bucks, they always do.
