An Attempt to "Crimson Out" BDS

no white outs, crimson outs(even tho its always pretty crimson too me)...just pure adrenaline rush noise...i even offer we should all just BOO the whole time the scams have the ball...i mean boo like its pat dye on the side line and cam is running with ball with the bags of cash hangin out of his hip pads!!!..God i hate auburn but i love this week..wont be able to talk for a week!!!

Not a fan of the color outs. USC did a "black out" against UF a few years ago and got slammed. In a reversal of fortune, the Gators did a "blue-out" last Saturday and it didn't seeem to work too well for them. The color-outs reek of a team and fan base looking for a quick fix to win a game. This is not Bama and never should be.

I've never been a fan of these things. Black outs, white outs, etc don't improve how well you play. Georgia found that out very quickly 2 years ago. Alabama having a "crimson out" is pretty much what happens at every home game. As stated above, we just need to be VERY LOUD when Auburn has the ball.

There is a thing going around on Facebook about attempting to make BDS crimson from top to bottom. I always thought BDS was pretty red during games.

Thoughts on this? We've made fun of plenty of schools for "Black outs" and other similar things. I'm sticking to it for this. Don't dictate what fans should wear. One good thing is Coach Saban isn't e-mailing Tide Pride members and students informing them of a Crimson Out.

It seems like everytime fans do something like that for a team, the team gets smashed.

Be loud between plays when they are trying to call plays in from the sideline. They can't run the hurry up if they can't get the plays called in from the sideline.

This. Over and over and over until they can't think straight. There's a reason we didn't perform as well on the road, loud and energetic home team crowds.

And AU hasn't had a major hostile game this year. Rattling them and pure energy is the thing we add to the game. This is why we are part of The Process.

I had a thought about this. Buying drinks in the paper cups at the concession stand, and once the product is consumed, turning the cup into a mini megaphone, would be quite the noise amplifier don't you think? I'm seriously considering doing this. Just rip the bottom out of the cup and voila. What do ya'll think?

That is an exceptional idea. They absolutely should sell or distribute mini-megaphones for this game. It should be the loudest Iron Bowl we have ever had. This would be tremendous.

I didn't know the extent of this. Sadly only been to one game but am obessive about Bama football. This info needs to get out in a big way for people like me that may not understand exactly why and how long to be so loud. I know it's sounds crazy not to know these things but I would love it to be so loud Cam couldn't find his way. PLEASE yell for me. RTR!!!!

I doubt they need a special, orchestrated group effort to make it happen. It'll probably just happen. It always looks that way to me.

Already got my outfit planned...a crimson top and my houndstooth scarf. The crimson top has nothing to do with a "crimson out"...that's just my normal game-day attired!

As far as being loud...I constantly stand and yell, shake my shakers, AND jump up and down during the entire time the opposing team has the ball. I plan on being hoarse next Saturday.
