Announcers we grew up with and the future

  • Hi Guest, we are working on updating the site servers and software. We're also 'forcing' everyone to read and agree to our site privacy policy and terms of service. There are no significant changes to either of these but the terms page does clarify a few things that are mostly in the legalese. You can just click the checkbox for both and continue using the site as usual! We'll update you more on the site upgrades VERY soon! THANK YOU AS ALWAYS for supporting the site and being an active participant!

He will likely be able to improve. I know he wants to. It's probably one of his problems - he wants to please, so he's wordy. I have not heard him; really didn't want to because I was concerned he might not be good. What is his problem(s). Is he too wordy, too opinionated, afraid to voice an opinion, not able to be concise, etc.?

monotone voice, says a lot of cliche remarks, a lot of captain obvious comments. if you heard him you would think he never played the game.

  • Thank You

Keith Jackson and Frank Brolyes were the best, I like Sean McDonough, I like listening to him call football and hockey, he's better than Fowler, Joe Tess is the worst, every play is like the last play of a championship game
