Any updates on Tim Castille?

Since it now looks like Darby is going to be ready whats TC's status for 05?

He will sit out for the spring, but should be ready to go this fall.

He looks like a truck...Rodney has a shot of him up on TI and it's truely amazing what an athlete he's becoming. We've said all along he is a natural for the FB position at the next level...and his body is developing into the ideal FB.

I hope Castille and Darby are both ready to go in the fall. A split backfield with those two sounds nice

If Darby and Castille return 100% to go along with McClain, we should have a very productive backfield. We can use Townhend, Johns, and maybe 1 or 2 of the incoming freshmen for backup roles and be very strong in the backfield. If I knew for a fact that Darby and Castille would be 100% for the fall, I would feel a lot better about our team's chances next year. Now, I hope we can put together a solid line. If the backfield is healthy and we can put a line together, we should be pretty tough to beat. Our defense should again be pretty solid if we can find some guys on the line on that side of the ball.

Tim Castille

I saw Tim and Simeon the other day. Tim was looking a bit smaller than he was playing at in the fall. Alothough I'm sure the surgery and rehabilitation have a lot to do with that. Once he can cut it loose in the weight room he will be a monster once again.

had gotten down to 212 a month or so ago, hoping to play TB. This is not on the direction of the staff...
