No one deserves going to Buffalo, more than $Cam. Please...............let it happen!
That is where I figure he goes. The Bills are pathetic. Seems like a good fit for me.

No question he's a tremendous athlete and will be chosen in the first round.I contend that Bama lost the game because of a few things we DIDN'T DO as opposed to what $cam did. 2 busted coverages for TD's for the barn, 1 dropped TD pass for us. If we had done what we needed to on ANY of those 3 plays, it could have been an entirely different ball game. $cam really didn't do anything spectactular in the game, we just shot ourselves in the foot over and over. Coulda, shoulda, woulda.
Anyway, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if a team took $cam in the first half of the first round. Actually, I'd be more surprised if he WASN'T taken by then...

That is the only list I have seen that doesn't show JJ somewhere in the first round. He is not only a WR, but he is a great blocker, which helps his status. Also, doesn't seem to be a mock draft. That looks like a list of the Top 32 players. He should be in there, and so should Cam.Don't know where JJ is. His injury history could be one reason. The NFL looks at that stuff closely. NFL drafts on needs also. But, in the passing game NFL, wide receivers are important. Ask Peyton Manning this year as he has lost most of his.
Bingo! His coach has been reading defenses for him, so we will see how he fares when he has to read them by himself. It will be interesting to see how he fares in the NFL. He may be great, but he may not be so great. I figure if he goes to a crappy team, he will probably be the starter next year (if he can learn the playbook and read defenses better). I just cannot wait until he is gone from the SEC.
If Gus goes to Vandy before the championship game, we might get to see a little of this on Jan. 10!!!Bingo! His coach has been reading defenses for him, so we will see how he fares when he has to read them by himself.
Interesting that he loved to display his size and power by running over much smaller db's, but when Dareus and Upshaw (I believe) had him in their crosshairs he fell on the ground. Tebow wouldn't have done that. You have to be impressed with how elusive Newton was while running the ball this year, but a lot of the credit has to go to his OLine. Aside from the Bama game, the holes up the middle for him to run through were huge. He was at the second level before he was touched on the majority of his runs. Yes, he was bigger and faster than most of the defenders who were trying to bring him down, but I never really saw him do what Tebow did and run through traffic to get a tough 3 yards - he's a different kind of player.
The NFL will be a different story for Newton, and hopefully a rude awakening. The talent on NFL teams if obviously a huge step up from the college level, and there is no way he has an OLine in the NFL that can do what his OLine did at Auburn - not on a consistent basis anyway. Is he as quick trying to escape a blitz from NFL players? We'll see. It takes him so long to get up to speed when compared to Vick, I just don't see that there's any comparison. He has shown a strong arm with good enough accuracy to play and win in college, but whether or not that will translate to success in the NFL is open for debate.
Personally, I think his running ability is overrated, and without being a legitimate threat to run his arm will need to improve to be successful.
That being said, I can easily see a team taking a chance on him in the 1st round, assuming he doesn't blow it at the combine.
