Whatever the case, why are we not playing the number 3 team in the Sugar Bowl. If OU is playing UF. We should be playing Texas. The B(S)CS must have their heads up their respective backsides if they can't make the good matchups in the B(S)CS bowl games.
Who will Texas play? Texas Tech again? It's a big fat load of you know what.....

They cannot play TT again because only 2 teams from a conference can play in BCS bowls in a given year...

Not if they BCS #1 and #2 are the same as the AP. They would make a mockery of their own poll if they voted some other team #1 after their #1 and #2 played each other...

No the split would be if Texas was above oklahoma in the ap and oklahoma won the MNC game but texas stayed ahead in the ap thus winning the ap title and oklahoma wins the BCS title.... but that cant happen now because florida and oklahoma are ahead of texas.... so there will be no split... i am happy we stayed at 4th, above USC and other 1 loss teams, we have a real shot to be #2 if UF beats oklahoma and texas loses to OSU in their bowl

Should Oklahoma get by Florida after Texas soundly defeats Ohio St it still might happen. Its all politics.
